Job summary

Eaton’s Aerospace division in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Electronics Technician for first shift (7am - 3:30pm). This position requires assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Associates Degree in an Electronics focused Technical Field preferred.
• 3 years of experience with through-hole and surface mount soldering.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic assemblies to meet scheduled delivery dates.
• Use test equipment to perform in-process testing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety rules.

Assembly and testing

Soldering (through-hole, wire, and terminal)

IPC-7711 certification

Reading wiring diagrams

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
