Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years' electronics industry experience.
• Soldering experience per IPC 610 & J-STD.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
• Must maintain certified soldering status.
• 18+ years of age; shifts may extend beyond a standard workweek.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, instructions, blueprints and verbal instructions.
• Estimate repair time, monitor time spent, and document work in the Online Business system.
• Teardown and build‑up of avionics equipment, include board‑level repairs and component replacements.
• Perform basic evaluations such as fiber optics inspection, circuit board X‑ray evaluation, and resistance checks.
