Job summary

CesiumAstro is hiring an Electronics Lab Technician II in Denver. The role involves creating antenna and RF test setups, executing test plans, and producing reliable results using state-of-the-art lab instruments.

You will work closely with engineers in a fast-paced, startup-like environment focused on AESA technology. Qualifications include at least 2 years as an engineering technician, hands-on lab instrument experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience as an Engineering Technician.
• Experience working with active electronics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot with direction.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong digital, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and provide concise and timely reporting of findings.
• Organize and maintain antenna testing facilities, equipment and resources.
• Support setup and measurements of sensitive electronics, including QFNs, chip-scale ICs, RF cables, and 0201 passive components.
• Execute to and provide feedback on thorough documentation with meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
• Support clean, intricate, and well-documented test setups consisting of instrumentation, cabling, and the devices under test.
