Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with microcontroller designs, CAN/USB/serial, and schematic/PCB design.
• Experience with thermal analysis, precision analog measurements, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies).

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware requirements based on customer and project needs
• Research, design, simulate, and validate electronic circuits and system architectures
• Create schematics and PCB layouts
• Support product development, testing, troubleshooting, and production activities
• Document BOMs, ECOs, and engineering changes
• Participate in design reviews and continuous process improvements
• Maintain engineering databases, components, and lab organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer needs
• Travel approximately 10-20%, including occasional overnight trips
• Perform other duties as assigned
