Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wire lists.
• Familiarity with soldering and compression connection tools.
• Good visual perception and ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, cables, and subassemblies.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Perform setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances.
• Carry out tasks related to assembly of electronic equipment and panels.
• Perform rework and repair on electronic assemblies per procedures.
• Safely operate soldering irons, crimp tools, torque tools, and microscopes.
