Qualifications

• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• Prior experience in a repetitive manufacturing or production environment required.
• Direct experience with EB welding is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Electron Beam welding equipment.
• Perform critical pre-weld tasks including cleaning and fixturing.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to resolve concerns.
