Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our aerospace engineering team in Lakewood, CA. The role runs Monday–Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, offering a competitive hourly wage of $24–$28 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical assemblies, reading blueprints and schematics, performing soldering to J-STD-001 Class III, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Strong soldering and desoldering skills per J-STD-001 Class III.
• High attention to detail and steady hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Perform high-quality soldering and desoldering per J-STD-001 Class III standards.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure engineering specs are met.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
