Job summary

You will work with a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment, using hand tools and precise measurement to achieve reliable performance and compliance with stringent standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IPC‑A‑610 certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a self‑directed team.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings, perform inspections, and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex manufacturing processes for electro‑mechanical systems per military specs.
• Interpret written specs and operation sheets to produce high‑quality parts.
• Maintain accurate test and inspection records for traceability.
• Train and mentor teammates in a collaborative, self‑directed environment.
• Use hand tools and measurement devices with precision.
• Uphold safety and keep a clean workstation.
