Job summary

Tomorrow.io is seeking a full-time Electro-Mechanical Technician to contribute to production, assembly, inspection, test, and integration of flight-ready hardware. You will work on avionics and electronic component integration, harnessing builds, electronics testing, and system-level verification.

Role requires 5+ years in aerospace or regulated environments, with strong attention to drawings, BOMs, and quality processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Aerospace or regulated production, including assembly, inspection and test of subassemblies.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, PCBA layouts, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience with IPC/ESD and clean room handling practices.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and testing scripts for hardware verification.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection of electronic subassemblies and mechanicals.
• Solder/rework electronic components and wire harnesses.
• Electrical testing/checkout of PCBA, harnesses, and integrated systems.
• Assemble electro-mechanical box assemblies and harnesses.
• Utilize calibrated measuring tools and precision equipment.
• Support manufacturing flow and participate in design to production feedback.
• Follow procedures, document tasks, and maintain quality standards.
