Avionics Test Technician

This role focuses on building and wiring avionics test systems in a fast paced environment with immediate delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install COTS equipment into server racks and lift 30 to 50 pounds
• Wire AC and DC power to avionics devices
• Build flight like harnesses using circular connectors including D38999
• Wire and support data acquisition systems
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and continuity testing
• Maintain clean wire routing and rack organization

Project Scope

• Immediate build of six avionics test systems
• Ongoing assembly of 25 or more additional racks to support flight testing

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with avionics or electrical test systems
• Strong wiring and troubleshooting skills
• Comfort working to tight deadlines and build schedules
