Job summary

Kelly Services in McKinney, TX is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a prestigious aerospace and defense company. You will assemble, rework, and repair assemblies using hand tools and measuring equipment while following blueprints and specifications.

The role offers 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM with every other Friday off (9/80). A GED or HS Diploma is required and you must have at least 1 year of relevant assembly experience; U.S.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required.
• 1+ year of relevant assembly experience.
• Experience in clean room environment preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, rework and/or repair assemblies using hand tools, electrical tools, measuring equipment and other light equipment.
• Perform quality checks, identify product defects, and record identified defects.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.
