Aerotek seeks an Electrical Assembler to build and wire equipment, panels, and enclosures according to detailed electrical schematics and standards in a first-shift, on-site role in Columbia, TN.

You will perform precise point-to-point wiring, crimping and soldering, apply heat shrink, and ensure clean, compliant assemblies for aerospace/defense applications. A strong focus on quality and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and documentation.
• Proficient in wiring equipment, panels, and enclosures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Wire electrical equipment, panels, and enclosures per schematics.
• Perform precise point-to-point wiring for correct connections.
• Crimp and solder pins and terminals for reliable connections.
• Apply heat shrink tubing for insulation and protection.
• Route and bundle wires neatly following standards.
• Dress and organize wiring for clean appearance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and specifications.
• Follow safety procedures when working with electrical components.
