Job summary

The Marvin Group in Southern California near LAX is seeking an Electrical Assembler II to build and test Build-to-Print Alternate Mission Equipment for military systems. You will read schematics, set up tooling, perform soldering per IPC standards, and verify tolerances; this position requires on-site work.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of electrical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in electrical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics.
• Must be able to read/write and speak English.
• IPC-610/IPC-620/J-STD-001 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to fabricate and assemble electrical assemblies.
• Follow planning instructions and assembly drawings.
• Protect products from Electro-Static Discharge (ESD).
• Apply Lean and 6S methodologies to improve work areas.
• Verify components and calibration are within tolerance before use.
• Perform other related duties as required.
