Job summary

EVONA is seeking an Associate Electrical Test Engineer to support development, execution, and documentation of electrical product testing for advanced aerospace hardware. You will work with experienced engineers to validate electrical systems, develop procedures, troubleshoot hardware, and ensure performance and quality throughout development stages.

This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or engineer with up to two years of experience looking to build a career in aerospace testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering with equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define electrical testing requirements.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve test plans and procedures.
  • Execute electrical and electromechanical tests per approved documentation.
  • Analyze test data and prepare technical reports for engineering teams.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations during testing.
  • Assist in improving test efficiency, including opportunities for automation.
  • Train and support technicians and engineers on test equipment and procedures.
