Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, testing, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.
• Experience with cable harnesses, connectors, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with electrical test instrumentation and validation procedures.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer engineering drawings, technical specifications, and technical data packages (TDPs).
• Develop electrical test procedures, acceptance criteria, and qualification plans.
• Support the integration, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Work with cable/wire harnesses, connectors, electrical assemblies, and power distribution components.
• Utilize electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and hi-pot testers.
• Develop test setups and fixtures to support product validation and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Support first-article inspections, manufacturing documentation, and the transition of new products into production.
