Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory.
• Ability to learn quickly, organize work phases, and solve complex problems.
• Documentation of findings and presenting results to teams.
• Experience coordinating project segments and interfacing with customers or internal teams.
• Willingness to travel and obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced electrical components, equipment, and systems for unmanned aerial vehicles.
• Perform analog, digital, and power conversion circuit design, testing, analysis, and modeling.
• Develop control schemes, firmware, software, and magnetic designs, plus simulations and specifications.
• Address EMI/C, electrical isolation, lightning protection, thermal management, shock/vibration, and packaging challenges.
• Create and maintain documentation to support production, including test procedures, BOMs, ICDs, SCDs, ECOs, and production materials.
• Provide field support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
