Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's/PhD in engineering with nine+ years (BS), seven+ (MS), or four+ (PhD) experience.
• Ability to understand concepts quickly and coordinate work phases.
• Strong communication, documentation, presentation and interpersonal skills; capable of leading a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours as required.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Experience with analog, digital and power-conversion PCB design, EMI design, and thermal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Capture initial hardware requirements.
• Diagram and plan initial conceptual circuit designs.
• Design analog, digital and power conversion PCB circuits with analysis/CAD modeling.
• Develop control schemes, EMI design, thermal analysis and packaging.
• Lead design reviews and presentations.
• Test and verify circuit designs; document procedures and BOMs.
• Provide field and/or production support; perform other duties as assigned.
