RTX is inviting 2027 Summer Interns to join the Electrical Engineering Function, contributing to advanced electronic subsystems for aerospace and defense. You will work with a large Raytheon team on FPGA design, circuit analysis, and lab testing, gaining hands-on experience in a structured internship program.

Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field, with coursework in digital design and power electronics. U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical or related STEM and enrolled through internship.
• Coursework in digital circuit design, circuit analysis, VHDL or Verilog coding, power electronics, electromagnetics, linear controls, analog design, or control theory

Responsibilities

• Assist FPGA development and verification and design of circuits.
• Test and automate lab equipment, analyze, model and simulate electronic designs.
• Layout and routing support of printed circuit boards
