• Support production and manufacturing teams by investigating and resolving engineering issues.
• Develop and release Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Perform technical evaluations and substantiation of design changes.
• Collaborate with engineering team members to prioritize support activities.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal engineering teams.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling.
• Prepare technical correspondence and coordination memos.
• Track project status, risks, and action items.
