Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a contract position in Tucson, AZ. This role supports production and manufacturing teams, investigates engineering issues, and contributes to ECNs and design changes.

You will collaborate across suppliers and internal teams, evaluate technical changes, and help manage drawings and obsolescence while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Authorized to work on export-controlled projects (citizenship or residency).
• Experience developing and releasing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Experience evaluating and substantiating design changes.
• Experience reconciling component-level requirements with system and customer requirements.
• Experience supporting approved source list and build-to-print drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
