Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience required.
• Experience with digital, analog, RF, or mixed signal testing/debugging required.
• Experience troubleshooting complex circuit card assemblies and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.
• U.S. Persons due to government contract requirements; active clearance or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Maintain and update technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Prepare engineering change packages and support review boards.
• Diagnose hardware failures using test equipment and analysis tools.
• Evaluate defects and yield data to support continuous improvement.
• Support production engineering activities involving electrical and electro‑mechanical hardware.
• Collaborate with suppliers and support SOW development.
• Support subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
