Job summary

Executive Alliance seeks an Electrical Engineer to research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, and systems for aerospace applications. The role emphasizes strict compliance with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and DO-160 standards.

You will prepare schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, and wiring harnesses, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, direct manufacturing and testing, and support sustaining engineering and field service activities to ensure compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• BSEE with at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to satisfactorily execute each essential duty listed.
• Experience working to aerospace and defense standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and test electrical components and systems for aerospace and defense.
• Prepare schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, wiring harnesses, and drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure form, fit, function, and safety.
• Design test control equipment and define testing procedures per system requirements.
• Direct manufacturing, installation, and field testing to meet specifications and customer needs.
• Support sustaining engineering and field returns; participate in ECN and configuration management.
