Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal, state, local regulatory standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement EHS programs and procedures per federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
• Lead continual improvement of EHS culture, manage OSHA training, ensure compliance with permits.
• Complete audits and site visits to identify regulatory, permit, and compliance issues.
• Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
