Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the AIM-9X program Finance team. The role focuses on financial operations, collaboration with internal and external customers, and ensuring adherence to financial policies.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and interact with various management levels. This is an onsite US-based role with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Earned Value experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with finance tools.
• Experience comparing actuals vs budget and explaining variances.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production program team to support 2nd Sourcing; provide financial oversight including EACs and forecasts.
• Forecast bookings, sales, earnings and cash in FP&A processes.
• Handle EV reporting, cost-type cash forecasting, CDRLs, and IPMRs.
• Contribute to contract negotiations, definitization, and baseline development for undefinitized work.
• Support AIM-9X production weekly/monthly reporting and annual operating plan updates.
