Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson seeks a Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the AIM-9X program Finance team. You will oversee quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecast bookings, sales, earnings and cash, and interface with program management.

The role requires earned value experience, strong communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment on-site in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Earned Value experience.
• Experience with desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of the MS Office suite.
• Experience with finance tools.
• Experience comparing actuals vs budget and explaining variances.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the production program team supporting the 2nd Sourcing effort and provide critical financial oversight and guidance including EACs and forecasts.
• Forecast Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash to Financial Planning.
• Contribute to EV reporting, cost-type cash forecasting, CDRLs, and IPMRs.
• Support contract negotiations, definitization, and baseline development for undefinitized efforts.
• Assist AIM-9X production weekly/monthly reporting, EACs, AOP updates, and ad hoc requests.
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and IPT to ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial implications of decisions.
