Job summary

RTX's AIM-9X development and integration portfolio seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support a portfolio of development and integration contracts in Tucson. The role covers financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and program execution from startup to closeout.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, contracting, supply chain, and program management, prepare reports for reviews, and maintain monthly forecasts using RPlan; onsite collaboration is required.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting information to management and peers.
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The AIM-9X development and integration portfolio of programs is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a portfolio of development and integration contracts. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and program execution throughout the program lifecycle—from contract startup through contract closeout. The position serves as a financial point of contact for assigned AIM‑9X programs and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, program management, supply chain, and contracts to support program execution and financial reporting. The position requires regular onsite collaboration with program teams and coordination with multiple functional organizations.

What You Will Do

Compensation

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
