Eaton's IS AER FED division seeks a Ducting Welder - 2nd Shift (Relocation) to join Beltsville, MD. Relocation assistance is offered for candidates >50 miles away. Core hours are 2 pm–10 pm, Mon–Fri, with overtime opportunities.

The role involves Manual GTAW welding on various alloys for duct assemblies in aerospace, welding Inconel, stainless steel, and possibly titanium, using AWS D17.1 guidance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or welding certification.
• 1 year of Gas Tungsten Arc welding on Inconel and/or stainless, .020–.125 in thickness.
• Must be U.S. person per export regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate duct assemblies by scribing, cutting and grinding per blueprint.
• Weld with GTAW on Inconel, stainless steel, possibly titanium, .020–.125 in.
• Ensure quality through visual inspection and measurement.
• Mentor and onboard new hires; provide training support.
• Participate in 5S+ and safe-work practices with PPE and instructions.
