Hytek Finishes in Kent, WA seeks an Aerospace Drylube/10-85 Painter for the 3rd shift. Onsite, full-time non-exempt position reporting to the Shift Supervisor.

Typical schedule includes Sunday–Friday night shift with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities include planning shift production, coordinating part flow, preparing and painting parts per specifications, and performing inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plans shift production and coordinates flow of parts to maximize quality and productivity.
• Receives parts to be painted and verifies processes.
• Works with Paint Assistants and department leads to complete work and prioritize tasks.
• Mixes paint to specifications and applies paint with correct thickness.
• Performs inspection and measurement of painted parts and maintains paint equipment.
