Job summary

Quality Assurance Redmon Inspection in Redmond, WA is seeking a Dimensional Inspector D to perform aerospace component inspections using precision measurement tools and CMM/vision systems.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, collecting data per work instructions, completing FAIs, and ensuring parts meet print requirements with surface plate checks and metrology equipment. Strong GD&T knowledge and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years post-secondary/associates and relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Collecting data from manufacturing engineers' work instructions.
• Completing first article inspections (FAIs).
• Measuring parts on a surface plate and with calipers/micrometers.
• Operating CMMs, optical comparators, and vision systems to verify programs.
