Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong preference for a technical degree.
• 10+ years aerospace experience, with integration, separation, and industrial transfers.
• Strong program management and leadership abilities.
• Experience coordinating across functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans for enterprise strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and monitor critical path activities.
• Assess operations and options including facilities, equipment, and resources.
• Support decision-making with risk analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and exec recommendations.
• Establish reporting mechanisms, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials.
• Coordinate implementation activities across impacted functions.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across projects.
• Monitor ongoing service, operational, and contractual commitments.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
