Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and baselined development programs within the Power Systems SBU. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality across locations, coordinating with product management, engineering, and certification teams.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and budget oversight skills, with exposure to MOS and IPDS processes. A background in DMAIC/SAFe is valued, as is effective stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership, executive-level communication, and people management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Generate, implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints
• Define and implement the program-level Management Operating System (MOS)
• Adhere to Honeywell Aerospace Integrated Product Delivery and Support (IPDS) processes and Phase Gate rigor
• Employ Program Management tools and development processes, including SOW, WBS, BOE management, scope/requirements management, scheduling, and cost management
• Scheduling, resource-loading and critical path analysis
• SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru-resourced IMS
• Earned Value Management
• Financials (e.g., RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
• Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
• Reporting/Reviews, and Communications
• WBS level metric management (CPI/SPI/EAC)
• Understand budget/schedule & programmatic details
• Set high performance expectations; remove roadblocks to enable team success
• Present schedule & budget to leadership and stakeholders
• Summarize key issues & actions & drive closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements
• Facilitate forecasting and capacity analysis
• Establish effective communication channels for progress tracking
