Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program management or Engineering roles within aerospace or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering complex aerospace projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace/defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
