Qualifications

Boeing Defense Space & Security has an exciting opportunity for a Design, Test and Analysis Engineer located in Berkeley, MO.

This role supports the F-22 program.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support engineering design solutions for new capabilities.
  • Plan, execute, and document test activities to verify performance, functionality, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of test data, system behavior, and design performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support requirement development, traceability, and verification planning.
  • Collaborate with systems and customer teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support integration and troubleshooting activities in lab, production, or field environments.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable engineering standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in design, test methods, and analysis techniques.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
  • 1 year of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in engineering design, testing, data analysis, or verification and validation activities.
  • Proficiency with engineering tools, test equipment, and data analysis software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

Level 4: $136,850-$185,150
