We are seeking a Design Engineer to design, develop, and support aerospace products from concept through production, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customers.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design-related manufacturing experience.
• SolidWorks or other CAD software proficiency.
• Familiarity with FAA and Industry Standards.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and assemblies with manufacturability, reliability, maintainability and cost in mind.
• Provide engineering technical support to OEM, Military, Commercial and Repair divisions.
• Create test work instructions and test procedures from design/OEM specifications.
• Interpret specifications (FAA and Industry Standards) and prepare reports for FAA data approval.
• Manage multiple projects with strong priority management and project skills.
