Wardstone in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for 15+ open roles across engineering and technical functions.

You will source engineers and technicians in RF, mechanical, GNC, avionics, aerodynamics and propulsion, write compelling descriptions with hiring managers, screen candidates by phone, coordinate interviews, and move offers through to onboarding. You will also manage ATS and help build Wardstone's recruiting presence through campus outreach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience for technical or engineering roles.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Able to manage several open roles concurrently.
• Clear communication with engineers, executives and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and ATS proficiency.
• Willingness to learn aerospace/defense terminology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Run full-cycle recruiting for 15+ open roles from intake to offer.
• Source engineers and technicians in RF, mechanical, GNC, avionics, and propulsion.
• Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions and define must-haves.
• Screen candidates by phone, manage scheduling and keep candidates informed.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, collect feedback and drive fast hiring decisions.
• Prepare offers and hand off smoothly to onboarding.
• Verify U.S. person status and support clearance steps when required.
• Set up and maintain ATS and report pipeline weekly.
• Build Wardstone's recruiting brand via careers pages, job boards, and campus outreach.
