Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in engineering, consulting, construction, aerospace/defense, or related industries.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of PM principles: scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality management.
• Experience administering contracts, reviewing proposals, and change orders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate performance and act.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including leadership reports.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects through all phases from initiation to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for successful delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, expenditures, and commitments.
• Review, negotiate, and manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Track consultant performance against KPIs and manage timesheets/invoices.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, ensure accountability for actions.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to protect objectives.
• Prepare status reports, financial updates, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation per organizational standards.
