Job summary

Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma, LLC in Glendale, AZ seeks a Project Manager coordinating multidisciplinary development across training devices, simulators, aerospace/defense manufacturing, and robotics to ensure execution aligns with contract requirements, technical specs, and DoD policies.

This role reports to the Site Manager and requires 3–5 years PM experience, PMP preferred, strong scheduling, risk management, and proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, and Excel.

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification preferred; equivalent DoD or industry Project management experience accepted.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• 4+ years managing technical build projects involving training devices, aerospace manufacturing, electromechanical systems, industrial automation, robotics, or complex prototyping.
• 3+ years of personnel management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project/Smartsheet), documentation systems (Excel/Sheets), and workflow platforms (Jira/Confluence or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates integrated technical build efforts across mechanical fabrication, additive manufacturing, electrical/harness integration, and software/controls development.
• Develops and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensures synchronization across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and test activities.
• Establishes and manages project scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Oversees cost performance, labor/material burn rates, and resource utilization; supports Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost control processes.
• Maintains schedule baselines, performs variance analysis, and implements corrective actions.
