Job summary

Acromil LLC in City of Industry, CA seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee aerospace and defense manufacturing programs. Lead cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, budgets and customer relationships, with emphasis on NPI and contract change negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or related field; or equivalent directly related experience in project management.
• PMP certification and an advanced degree (MS/MBA) and additional certifications (e.g. PgMP, PMI-RMP) preferred.
• Ten+ years of related work experience, including four+ years leading multiple projects/programs and cross-functional teams.
• Expert knowledge of program management processes, methodology, and architecture.
• Ability to travel to visiting Customers domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer contract requirements are met and evaluated for Acromil by creating the program charter and baseline plan.
• Responsible for integrated program schedules, tracking financial and quality performance, and corrective actions across the program lifecycle.
• Leads development of program plans for mature and NPI programs and directs all phases of programs.
• Serves as primary point of contact with the program’s customer and negotiates contract changes.
• Manages IPT team, defines required expertise, and reviews performance with management.
• Oversees task planning, resources, and priorities across functional areas.
• Maintains strong customer relationships and provides status and resolutions for program activities.
• Develops and presents Internal and Customer Program Reviews.
• Manages Finished Goods Inventory with Operations.
• Implements Root Cause Corrective Action and Mistake Proofing methodologies.
• Develops business unit bookings and sales forecasts.
• Acts as marketing liaison to identify and capture new opportunities.
