Job summary

Acromil LLC in City of Industry, CA seeks a Program Manager to oversee aerospace/defense programs. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and risk while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications include a BS in engineering/sciences/business, 10+ years in program management, and PMP certification; advanced degrees and PgMP/PMI-RMP are preferred. Travel to customers domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ten+ years in related work, with four+ years leading multiple projects.
• PMP certification and advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create the program charter, baseline plan, and other management components.
• Manage integrated schedules, data integration, and cost/quality performance.
• Lead NPI and mature programs; develop action plans to improve performance.
• Negotiate contract changes and manage customer relationships.
• Oversee IPT teams and resource planning; guide priorities across functions.
• Develop and present internal and customer program reviews.
