Job summary

Dynatech International in Palm Bay, FL, seeks a Government Contract Specialist to manage U.S. Government contracts through their full lifecycle, from interpreting solicitations to award and performance, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR requirements.

You will collaborate with sales, sourcing, finance, quality, logistics, and compliance to prepare proposals, review pricing, and support DIBBS bid processes, including small business set-aside opportunities, for continued government growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in U.S. Government contracting preferred (aerospace or defense distribution).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and public procurement policies.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and administration.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review, interpretation, and administration of government contracts, subcontracts, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and applicable regulations.
• Identify contract risks and mitigation strategies; support audits.
• Support preparation and submission of proposals, quotes, and contract deliverables.
