Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking an experienced embedded systems leader to shape AMD's x86 solutions for Aerospace & Defense. You will define reference designs, collaborate with silicon, firmware and software teams, and address edge sensors and mission computing needs for defense applications.

• Experience in embedded computing with x86 for defense/avionics is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the x86 solution expert within the Aerospace and Defense team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to form value propositions for x86 roadmap.
• Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace/defense customers and partners.
• Create product value propositions and drive roadmaps for AMD embedded products.
• Define reference designs and benchmarking activities for x86 solutions.
• Guide cross-functional teams in execution of reference designs.
