Element2 Group’s aerospace customer seeks an experienced Deburring Technician to perform deburring, polishing, and finishing on large aerospace components in a high‑mix, precision environment.

The role includes training on the 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with a regular 2nd shift (3:30 PM–midnight). Pay ranges are listed as $26.10–$32.35/hr for 1st shift or $22.50–$28.00/hr plus 25% shift differential for 2nd shift, compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years deburring experience on aerospace components.
• Experience using deburring machines, tools, and finishing equipment.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect own work.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing operations on aerospace components.
• Remove burrs and imperfections per blueprints and reports.
• Interpret blueprints and shop orders to determine deburring methods.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow GMP/safety procedures.
