Hamilton Connections, Inc. in Meriden, CT is seeking candidates for immediate assembly and deburring positions in an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will deburr, smooth and finish metal parts to meet quality standards, following precise instructions and using appropriate tools.

Responsibilities include removing burrs, performing basic mechanical assembly, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. This is a first-shift, full-time, temp-to-hire role with benefits.

Qualificações

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with deburring, metal finishing, grinding, polishing, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and small parts.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Pass a pre employment DT/background check

Responsabilidades

• Deburr, smooth, and finish metal parts and components.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from manufactured parts.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly of aerospace components.
• Use hand tools, small power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Visually inspect finished parts for quality and workmanship.
• Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area.
