Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material using hand tools and deburring equipment.
• Smooth, polish, and finish metal components according to work instructions.
• Verify materials and quantities issued before starting work.
• Record production activities in the ERP system (Epicor).
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow AS9100 quality requirements and procedures.
• Communicate production issues to the department lead.
