Qualifications

• Ability to follow customer specifications and work with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn deburring processes and quality standards.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, understand and meet customer requirements (BAC 5300/BAC 5730).
• Operate deburring tools (deburr guns, pencil grinders) to meet specs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
