Aerotek is seeking a Deburring Technician for an onsite Arlington, WA manufacturing facility. The role focuses on deburring, edge breaking, and finishing precision parts to meet strict customer specifications with adherence to BAC 5300 and BAC 5730 standards.

You will operate deburring tools, inspect finishes, and follow instructions to ensure timely task completion. A reliable, detail‑oriented candidate with dexterity and teamwork will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using deburring tools such as deburr guns and pencil grinders.
• Proficiency in deburring, grinding, and using hand tools to finish parts.
• Ability to understand and meet customer requirements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Blend mismatches, remove burrs, and perform edge breaks to meet specs.
• Interpret customer requirements including BAC 5300 and BAC 5730 with minimal supervision.
• Operate deburring tools safely (deburr guns, pencil grinders).
• Inspect finished parts visually and by feel for smoothness and spec compliance.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle tools properly.
• Communicate progress, issues, and quality concerns to the team.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and arrive on time for shifts.
• Identify and correct defects with strong attention to detail.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in a large manufacturing facility.
