HX5, LLC seeks an Aerospace Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to support SR-1 FDIR management at NASA Glenn Research Center in Brook Park, Ohio. The role focuses on leading FDIR design and integration for the Space Reactor-1 program, coordinating with NASA teams and industry partners across lifecycle stages.

Required are strong systems engineering fundamentals, experience with FDIR or spacecraft integration, and excellent communication skills for NASA interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience with FDIR Management or spacecraft integration at system/subsystem level.
• Knowledge of formal systems engineering processes.
• Excellent communication skills with NASA and industry partners.
• High motivation; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SR-1 NPM FDIR Management technical lead.
• Collaborate with NASA, industry partners, and vendors through design, development, build, integration, launch, and operations.
• Define and implement the NPM FDIR design with the NPM software teams.
• Ensure FDIR design complies with SR-1 practices and conventions.
