HX5 is seeking an Aerospace Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to join the team in Brook Park, Ohio, supporting NASA Glenn Research Center on the GEARS contract. The selected candidate will lead SR-1 NPM FDIR management and collaborate with NASA, industry partners, and vendors through design, development, build, integration, launch, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with extensive relevant experience.
• Experience with SR-1/NPM or NASA spaceflight programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SR-1 NPM FDIR management technical lead.
• Collaborate with NASA, industry partners and vendors through design, development and operations.
• Define and implement the NPM FDIR design in collaboration with NPM software teams.
