HX5, LLC seeks an Aerospace Cybersecurity Systems Engineer in Brook Park, Ohio, to support the SR-1 Freedom Nuclear Power Module for NASA Glenn Research Center. You will act as the SR-1 NPM FDIR Management technical lead, collaborating with NASA, industry partners, and vendors through design, development, build, integration, launch and operations.

The role requires FDIR and systems engineering expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Experience with FDIR management and spacecraft integration.
• Familiarity with NASA systems engineering standards and NPR 7123.1.
• Ability to collaborate with NASA teams and industry partners.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.
• Citizenship or permanent residency and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SR-1 NPM FDIR management design and implementation.
• Collaborate with NASA and industry partners through design, development, build, integration, launch and operations.
• Ensure FDIR design complies with SR-1 practices and NASA standards.
