Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace, Inc. seeks a Cost Estimating and Pricing Manager in Red Oak, TX to lead labor and material estimating for military and commercial contracts.

You will collaborate with contracts, program management, financing, engineering, and supply chain to develop defendable cost estimates, pricing, and compliant proposals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure accurate estimates, and drive proposal content quality while maintaining schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; related fields acceptable.
• Typically 10+ years of cost estimating or aerospace manufacturing experience for senior-level consideration.
• Active security clearance is highly preferred.
• Ability to develop and defend cost estimates and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and submission of customer proposals for aerospace programs.
• Coordinate TINA-compliant proposals and support negotiations.
• Ensure labor and material estimates align with customer requirements.
• Gather inputs from cross-functional teams and consolidate pricing data.
• Develop proposal schedules and drive teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare executive summaries, compliance matrices, and pricing volumes.
• Present and defend proposals to leadership and customers.
